Service Description

Great for: clients with acute illnesses. Avoid the emergency room (ER) and urgent care wait times for non-life-threatening emergencies. This service is not to be used for chest pain, severe headaches,  abdominal pain, or shortness of breath. Includes: Full physical exam IV medications Labs (if needed) Prescription medications to your preferred pharmacy Does not include: Management of chronic conditions Refills of maintenance medications IV hydration (50% discount is offered during time of service) Narcotic medications (we do not provide dispense these medications)

Cancellation Policy

All appointments canceled within 24 hours are fully refunded, less the $25 booking fee. For IV hydration, appointments canceled within 6 hours incur a non-refundable $150 fee, and appointments canceled within 2 hours are 100% non-refundable. For package purchases, unused portions are not refundable. Lastly, for all services, if a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the provider's arrival, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable fee; for services provided in a package, you will forfeit a session from the scheduled package.
