Service Description

Great for clients with acute illnesses. Avoid the emergency room (ER) and urgent care wait times for non-life-threatening emergencies. This service is not to be used for chest pain, severe headaches,  abdominal pain, or shortness of breath. Includes: Focused physical exam Prescription medications to your preferred pharmacy Does not include: Labs IV hydration IV medications Management of chronic conditions Refills of maintenance medications Narcotic medications (we do not provide or dispense these medications)

Cancellation Policy

All appointments canceled within 24 hours are fully refunded, less the $25 booking fee. For IV hydration, appointments canceled within 6 hours incur a non-refundable $150 fee, and appointments canceled within 2 hours are 100% non-refundable. For package purchases, unused portions are not refundable. Lastly, for all services, if a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the provider's arrival, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable fee; for services provided in a package, you will forfeit a session from the scheduled package.
