During your appointment, we will: ✔ Assess progress and weight loss milestones ✔ Adjust medication dosage as needed ✔ Address any side effects or concerns ✔ Provide expert guidance on maximizing results ✔ Submit refill requests and dose increases as appropriate This service is designed for individuals who have insurance-approved GLP-1 medication prescriptions and need ongoing medical supervision for the best outcomes. 📌 Appointments are required for medication refills. Cancellation Policy
Consultations and Follow-up Visits; No-Show, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy: At Face It By Dr. G we value the time of both our patients and our staff. To ensure smooth operations and provide optimal care, we have established the following policy regarding no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments: 1. No-Show Policy: - A "no-show" is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notification. - No-show appointments are considered non-refundable. The full consultation fee will be charged. 2. Cancellation Policy: Patients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. The fee is refundable less the $25 booking fee. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered non-refundable. The full consultation fee will be charged. 3. Rescheduling Policy: - Same-day rescheduling 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time does not incur any penalty or additional fee. - Rescheduling your appointment for another day within 8 hours of the original start time incurs a $50 fee, which will be charged to the client at the time of service. Please utilize our missed visit/rescheduled visit service at checkout. Procedure for No-Show, Cancellation, and Rescheduling: - In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the patient will be notified of the charge via email or phone. - Charges for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling fees will be processed using the payment information provided at the time of booking the appointment. Clients will receive a partial refund less the $25 booking fee, if applicable; clients may also receive a coupon to rebook the same service less the $50 rescheduling fee. - Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
