EXTRA DISTANCE FEE

Service Description

The extra distance fee is charged for services that are requested outside of the service area of Face It By Dr. G. We service within 30 min of Owings Mills, MD, 21117. Please check your distance before booking; orders placed without checking fo acceptable distance are eligible for a full refund, lesser the $25 booking fee. The maximum allowed extra travel time is 50 min outside weekday peak travel hours (3 PM - 5 PM).

Cancellation Policy

All appointments canceled within 24 hours are fully refunded, less the $25 booking fee. For IV hydration, appointments canceled within 6 hours incur a non-refundable $150 fee, and appointments canceled within 2 hours are 100% non-refundable. For package purchases, unused portions are not refundable. Lastly, for all services, if a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the provider's arrival, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable fee; for services provided in a package, you will forfeit a session from the scheduled package.
