Service Description

The Weight Management Consultation is an excellent start for clients who are unsure what weight loss therapy options are right for them. This 30-minute phone Consultation can assist you with making a decision for your new health journey. If our weight loss solutions are right for you, this fee will be applied to our comprehensive weight management consultation.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments canceled within 24 hours are fully refunded, less the $25 booking fee. For IV hydration, appointments canceled within 6 hours incur a non-refundable $150 fee, and appointments canceled within 2 hours are 100% non-refundable. For package purchases, unused portions are not refundable. Lastly, for all services, if a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the provider's arrival, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable fee; for services provided in a package, you will forfeit a session from the scheduled package.
