Refunds and Exchanges:

   - Face It By Dr G adheres to a strict policy regarding the return and exchange of our products. Once the seal on the items is broken, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges due to safety and hygiene concerns.

   - Once your order is placed, we begin processing your order. Within 15 minutes, you are able to cancel your order and receive a partial refund lesser the $25 processing fee. If your order is already processed (but not yet shipped) and you wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund, lesser the $135 restocking fee. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to refund your order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

   - In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Return Shipping Costs:

   - Please note that return shipping costs for any eligible returns or exchanges will not be covered by Face It By Dr G. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items.

3. Domestic and International Shipping:

   - We currently offer shipping services within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
