Service Description

The Comprehensive Weight Management Evaluation includes 90 minutes to discuss your past medical history, family history, personalized weight loss goals, personalized lab test orders, and a physical assessment. We look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals!

Cancellation Policy

All appointments canceled within 24 hours are fully refunded, less the $25 booking fee. For IV hydration, appointments canceled within 6 hours incur a non-refundable $150 fee, and appointments canceled within 2 hours are 100% non-refundable. For package purchases, unused portions are not refundable. Lastly, for all services, if a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the provider's arrival, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable fee; for services provided in a package, you will forfeit a session from the scheduled package.
